Hazel City Government

Hazel City Hall is open Thursdays 8:00 a.m. to noon Central time.

Hazel, Kentucky, is a Class 6 city (the smallest classification) with a mayor/council form of government.  The mayor serves a four-year term and each city council member servers a two-year term.  The Hazel City Council meets the first Monday each month at 7:00 p.m.
